While we welcome expressions of interest from those who have an interest in insolvency matters, membership is open to those who are active in, and who can demonstrate experience.

Applicants must be a member of a Designated Body. Alternatively they must satisfy the Council of their suitability to be admitted as a member. At least two members must nominate the applicant.

Designated bodies include:

The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
The Law Library of Ireland.
The Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Ireland.
The Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.
The Law Society of Ireland.
Such other body or bodies as may be determined by the Council or by special resolution of the members from time to time.
