Jim Luby of McStay Luby has been appointed as President of Insol Europe at its recent conference in Venice.

INSOL Europe, established 30 years ago, is the European organisation of over 1,100 leading professionals who specialise in insolvency, bankruptcy and business reconstruction and recovery. Its membership consists of accountants, lawyers, lenders, regulators, Judges and academics from 47 countries, with a significant Irish membership.

Jim is the first Irish accountant/insolvency practitioner to lead the organisation.
