What is ISIP?
ISIP was established in 2004 to create a forum for the development of expertise and experience of those practicing in the insolvency profession in Ireland. Members are drawn from the ranks of:
- The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
- The Law Library of Ireland.
- The Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Ireland.
- The Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.
- The Law Society of Ireland.
- Such other body or bodies as may be determined by the Council or by special resolution of the members from time to time.
What does ISIP do?
ISIP provides a forum for the regular and ongoing exchange of information and experience between members. ISIP also organises numerous events, principally educational, throughout the year on matters of interest. Behind the scenes, its Law Reform and Representations Committees continuously review current trends in insolvency practice and law.
